Recalling her own experience of living in Paris, Louise takes the audience out for a night to the jazz bars of France’s capital in this evocative show. Accompanied by some of Adelaide’s finest musicians including Mark Ferguson on piano, Julian Ferraretto on violin, John Aué on double bass and Joshua Baldwin on drums, Louise performs a wonderful selection of twentieth-century French songs by artists such as Fréhel, Lucienne Boyer, Edith Piaf, Léo Ferré, Georges Brassens, Boris Vian, Juliette Gréco, Yves Montand, Barbara, Serge Gainsbourg, Charles Aznavour and more.
